Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead the architectural strategy for integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Optimize model inference latency and throughput to ensure real-time performance.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, ensuring reproducibility and model governance.
- Conduct research and proof-of-concepts for emerging AI paradigms relevant to the 2026 landscape.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on machine learning systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Proven track record of architecting production-grade ML systems.
- Strong understanding of distributed computing (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is highly preferred.
