Responsibilities
- Spearhead the architectural design and implementation of next-generation AI models and autonomous agents.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies, including Quantum Computing and Generative AI, specifically targeting 2026 milestones.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, product managers, and security experts to ensure robust, scalable, and ethical AI deployment.
- Define and establish best practices for model training, deployment, and monitoring in cloud environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends to continuously innovate and improve our competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years dedicated to AI/ML architecture and development.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tooling.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and natural language processing.
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical projects from conception to production.
