Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of the 2026 AI roadmap, integrating next-gen Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI workflows.
- Develop high-performance, scalable machine learning pipelines optimized for edge computing and cloud environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies to ensure our solutions remain ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex technical requirements into robust system designs.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI compliance in all architectural decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI models.
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
