Responsibilities
- Architect and design the core infrastructure for the 2026 AI Roadmap, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Lead the development of autonomous agent frameworks capable of handling complex, multi-modal tasks.
- Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to pre-emptively integrate quantum-ready algorithms into existing pipelines.
- Mentor a high-performing team of machine learning engineers and data scientists.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI and responsible deployment of generative models.
- Define technical vision and strategy for long-term product evolution.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or software architecture.
- Proven expertise in designing Large Language Models (LLMs) and transformer architectures.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).
- Experience with quantum computing concepts and edge computing architectures is a plus.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing cross-functional teams.
