Key Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of scalable Large Language Models (LLMs) targeting deployment in 2026.
- Define technical roadmaps for future AI capabilities and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into consumer products.
- Ensure ethical AI standards, transparency, and safety in model training.
- Conduct groundbreaking research and publish findings in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML).
- Mentor junior researchers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in deep learning, NLP, or reinforcement learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Strong track record of shipping production-grade machine learning models.
- Experience with model optimization, quantization, and edge deployment.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments.
