Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI models targeting the 2026 timeframe.
- Lead a cross-functional team of researchers and engineers in developing cutting-edge neural networks.
- Define the technical roadmap for our flagship AI product line.
- Ensure the security, privacy, and ethical use of large-scale data sets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize system performance and reduce inference latency for real-time applications.
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent extensive experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Proven track record of designing systems that handle high concurrency and large data volumes.
- Strong understanding of deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), or computer vision.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
