Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of large-scale AI and machine learning systems for the 2026 Initiative.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and ensure seamless integration.
- Establish best practices for data security, model deployment, and MLOps pipelines.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and performance optimization to ensure system reliability.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to propose and integrate emerging technologies that align with our strategic goals.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with distributed systems design, high-performance computing, and large-scale data processing.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
