Responsibilities
- Architect AI Solutions: Design and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines and large language model (LLM) architectures tailored for enterprise applications.
- Technical Leadership: Guide a team of data scientists and engineers, setting coding standards and architectural best practices for the 2026 roadmap.
- Model Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize model performance, latency, and accuracy to ensure real-time responsiveness.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of AI research, evaluating new frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and integrating novel algorithms into our core stack.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Ensure all AI models adhere to strict data privacy regulations and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and SQL. Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Modeling: Strong background in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex project lifecycles.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
