Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic technical roadmap, identifying emerging AI trends and integrating them into our core product architecture.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-performance AI systems and cloud infrastructure.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product management, engineering, and executive teams to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives in machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in leading AI/ML architecture roles.
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
