Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable AI frameworks for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead a team of machine learning engineers and data scientists.
- Optimize existing models for high performance, low latency, and accuracy.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define technical requirements.
- Conduct code reviews and technical mentoring for junior staff.
- Stay abreast of emerging AI trends and integrate them into the architecture.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI architecture.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale ML systems in production.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
