Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for AI initiatives leading up to the 2026 strategic goals.
- Design and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures.
- Lead a team of data scientists and ML engineers in research and development.
- Collaborate closely with product management to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Maintain a strong focus on data privacy, AI ethics, and model interpretability.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or applied research.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade ML models to high-scale environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to mentor junior talent.
