Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI/ML pipelines designed for high-volume traffic in 2026 environments.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating Generative AI models into core product workflows.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce operational costs through advanced caching and load balancing strategies.
- Mentor a team of data scientists and junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and engineering teams to define technical requirements and roadmap milestones.
- Ensure the security, privacy, and compliance of all AI deployments.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML infrastructure.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Extensive experience designing and managing large-scale distributed systems on AWS or GCP.
- Strong understanding of NLP, LLM fine-tuning, and RAG architectures.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex projects on time.
