Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product leaders to define feature sets that drive user engagement and business growth.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern distributed computing frameworks.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven ability to manage technical debt, optimize system performance, and scale solutions to millions of users.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
