Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define the long-term technical vision and architecture for AI systems leading up to and beyond 2026, ensuring scalability and resilience.
- Roadmap Execution: Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to translate strategic goals into technical roadmaps and actionable milestones.
- Model Development: Design and implement complex machine learning algorithms and deep learning models that solve high-impact business problems.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous learning.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment and optimization of models in cloud environments (AWS/GCP), ensuring high performance and low latency.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the communication skills to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Innovation: Proven track record of innovating in the AI space and staying ahead of emerging trends like Generative AI and Quantum computing.
