Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI models and infrastructure aligned with the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning projects, from data ingestion to model deployment.
- Optimize existing algorithms for improved latency, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and CI/CD pipelines within the AI department.
- Conduct deep-dive technical reviews and architectural assessments for new product initiatives.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and deep learning to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, LLMs).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical projects and mentoring engineering teams.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred.
