Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement scalable neural network architectures and ML pipelines optimized for high-throughput inference and real-time decision making.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of junior ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Research & Development: Explore emerging paradigms in Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) and apply them to solve complex, real-world business problems.
- System Optimization: Drive performance improvements in latency, memory usage, and energy efficiency for large-scale models running on global infrastructures.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-suite executives to define the 2026 technology roadmap and translate business objectives into technical roadmaps.
- Infrastructure Security: Ensure all AI models and data pipelines adhere to the highest security standards and compliance regulations (GDPR, SOC2).
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in Deep Learning, Machine Learning, and NLP.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Ray, Apache Spark).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges, optimizing large-scale systems, and deploying robust ML models to production.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and investors.
