Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures optimized for 2026 workloads.
- Lead technical strategy for deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) into production environments with minimal latency.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure system robustness and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into advanced AI solutions.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, such as Multimodal Learning and Autonomous Agents, to future-proof our technology stack.
- Optimize model inference speeds and reduce computational costs using quantization and pruning techniques.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, GCP).
- Proven track record of deploying complex models into production at scale.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
