Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Architecture: Design and implement scalable, robust AI systems that align with the company's 2026 long-term roadmap.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of industry trends, exploring emerging technologies like Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor a team of brilliant engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and designers to translate complex AI concepts into user-friendly features.
- Production Optimization: Oversee the deployment of AI models, ensuring high performance, latency reduction, and real-time processing capabilities.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish guidelines for ethical AI usage, ensuring fairness, transparency, and data privacy in all deployed models.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and SQL.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven experience architecting solutions on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- System Design: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
