Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Solutions: Design and implement robust, scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure capable of handling the computational demands of future workloads.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead experiments in Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI to drive product innovation.
- Optimize Model Performance: Fine-tune models for speed and accuracy, implementing advanced quantization and pruning techniques.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Manage deployment on AWS or GCP, ensuring high availability and security compliance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineers to translate business needs into technical AI roadmaps.
- Mentorship: Guide junior data scientists and engineers in best practices for modern AI engineering.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong portfolio of deployed models.
- Programming: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Architecture: Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Tools: Experience with MLOps tools (Kubernetes, Docker, MLflow).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges in high-pressure environments.
