- Model Optimization: Oversee the training and fine-tuning of large language models and neural networks to optimize for accuracy and speed.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- R&D Integration: Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI and Quantum Computing, integrating cutting-edge technologies into our core infrastructure.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI deployments adhere to strict ethical guidelines and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI architecture and model deployment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical problems in high-pressure environments.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading high-performing engineering teams and managing technical projects.
- Innovation: Strong passion for emerging technologies and a demonstrated ability to innovate and adapt to new paradigms.
