Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of unstructured data in real-time.
- Lead the architecture for proprietary Large Language Models, focusing on efficiency and hallucination reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, fairness, and transparency in all algorithmic outputs.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers on advanced deep learning techniques.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging tech stacks, including quantum computing interfaces and edge AI.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Rust.
- Proven track record of deploying LLMs at scale in production environments.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/K8s).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
