Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of next-generation AI systems and infrastructure.
- Define the long-term technical roadmap for the 2026 product suite, focusing on AGI readiness and scalability.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into core products.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data security, and ethical AI deployment.
- Conduct deep-dive technical reviews and mentor junior architects and developers.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in Quantum Computing and Neuromorphic engineering.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML systems.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems capable of handling high-scale, low-latency workloads.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, fine-tuning LLMs, and RAG architectures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
