Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Lead the end-to-end architecture for large-scale AI models, ensuring scalability, security, and performance for 2026 deployment.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical vision and roadmap for AI integration, aligning with company goals and emerging industry standards.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the development and fine-tuning of Generative AI models to improve accuracy and reduce computational costs.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers and business leaders to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA. Proven experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Neural Architecture Search.
- System Design: Strong background in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and MLOps pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in ambiguous environments.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
