Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI/ML infrastructure aligned with the company's 2026 strategic vision.
- Define and drive the technical roadmap for Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact opportunities for AI automation and optimization.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure data integrity, model robustness, and ethical AI compliance across all deployments.
- Oversee the deployment of models into production environments using MLOps best practices.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven experience designing systems for production-grade LLMs and NLP applications.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing technical teams and projects.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
