Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures aligned with the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Lead the migration and optimization of deep learning models for high-throughput environments.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment in CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Engineering) to define technical requirements.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews.
- Research emerging technologies to drive innovation within the organization.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on Machine Learning or AI.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and high-availability architecture.
- Experience with vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
