Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI infrastructures designed for 2026 standards, including quantum-ready computing models.
- Lead the integration and optimization of large language models (LLMs) into complex enterprise workflows.
- Conduct high-level research and development on emerging AI paradigms and neural architecture search (NAS).
- Guide and mentor a team of top-tier machine learning engineers and data scientists.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model interpretability, and ethical AI usage.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern MLOps pipelines.
- Proven track record of scaling AI models to handle high-volume, low-latency production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
