Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of robust AI architectures aligned with our 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research and development in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and predictive analytics.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Optimize Infrastructure: Enhance existing machine learning pipelines for improved scalability, latency, and cost-efficiency.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with product and business units to translate complex AI capabilities into tangible user value.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to the highest standards of data privacy and security.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 2 years in a senior or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Strong understanding of deep learning frameworks and NLP.
- Cloud Proficiency: Proven experience designing scalable solutions on major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex technical challenges and make data-driven architectural decisions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
