Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable AI infrastructures capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead the development of proprietary algorithms for Generative AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP) focused on the 2026 roadmap.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Translate complex business requirements into technical roadmaps and architectural blueprints.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize model latency, accuracy, and resource efficiency to meet enterprise-grade standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI/ML architecture, with a proven track record of deploying large-scale models.
