Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical vision and architecture for AI systems targeting deployment by 2026.
- System Design: Design scalable, fault-tolerant infrastructure for large-scale machine learning workloads.
- Model Optimization: Lead efforts in model pruning, quantization, and inference optimization for edge devices and cloud environments.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Neural Architecture Search) into our product suite.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Data Science, and Engineering to translate business goals into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and 3+ years in leading AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning concepts.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing technical teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Future-Forward Thinking: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and adapt architectures accordingly.
