Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and implement scalable, robust AI systems capable of handling high-throughput data streams for 2026-level demands.
- Model Innovation: Lead the research and development of cutting-edge machine learning models, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning.
- Technical Leadership: Guide a team of data scientists and engineers, providing technical mentorship and ensuring best practices in code quality and deployment.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-level executives to define the long-term AI roadmap and align technical initiatives with business goals.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize model performance to ensure real-time responsiveness and accuracy.
- Ethical AI: Establish and enforce guidelines for responsible AI usage, ensuring fairness, transparency, and bias mitigation in all automated systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in designing and deploying large-scale AI/ML systems.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Knowledge: Proven track record in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Predictive Modeling.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex project lifecycles from conception to production.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving ambiguous, high-stakes technical challenges.
