Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, robust AI architectures specifically tailored for the 2026 market demands, focusing on next-gen Large Language Models and autonomous decision-making agents.
- Strategic Roadmap: Define the technical vision and roadmap for AI integration, ensuring alignment with business goals and 2026 strategic objectives.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, code excellence, and continuous learning.
- System Integration: Oversee the seamless integration of AI systems with existing cloud infrastructure and legacy platforms, ensuring high availability and performance.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and leadership roles.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems. Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI models.
- Future-Ready Skills: Experience with quantum computing interfaces or advanced edge computing architectures is highly desirable.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse, high-performance engineering teams through complex technical challenges.
