Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures that support our long-term roadmap leading up to 2026.
- Model Development: Lead the research and deployment of state-of-the-art machine learning models, including LLMs and computer vision systems.
- MLOps Strategy: Establish robust CI/CD pipelines and MLOps frameworks to ensure models are deployed, monitored, and retrained efficiently.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and C-suite executives to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize model inference speeds and reduce latency for real-time applications.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3+ years in AI/ML architecture and MLOps.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Ray).
- Cloud Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges in large-scale environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
