Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure leading up to 2026.
- Design scalable, high-performance neural network architectures for large-scale deployment.
- Lead a team of ML engineers and data scientists to implement cutting-edge models.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with global data regulations.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate strategic goals into technical solutions.
- Conduct rigorous research to identify emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 timeline.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of deploying machine learning models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire technical teams.
