- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical strategies and roadmaps for future product releases.
- Implement robust security protocols and data governance frameworks for sensitive AI applications.
- Conduct deep-dive technical analysis on emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate third-party AI solutions for integration.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and systems architecture, with a specific focus on AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed systems.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of scaling systems to handle petabytes of data with low latency.
- Experience with quantum computing concepts or advanced optimization algorithms is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
