Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design scalable, fault-tolerant AI architectures capable of handling real-time data streams and complex decision-making loops.
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Identify emerging trends in AI (e.g., Spatial Computing, Edge AI) and integrate them into our core product roadmap.
- Optimize Model Performance: Fine-tune large language models and reinforcement learning agents to achieve sub-millisecond latency in high-stakes environments.
- Mentor High-Performance Teams: Cultivate a culture of innovation, providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and data scientists.
- Ensure Ethical AI: Implement robust guardrails and alignment protocols to ensure AI deployment remains safe, transparent, and unbiased.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Futuristic Skills: Demonstrated experience with LLM fine-tuning, RAG architectures, and multi-modal AI systems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value for stakeholders.
