Responsibilities

- Research and prototype cutting-edge technologies, including Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and hybrid quantum algorithms.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment within a CI/CD environment.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate complex technical concepts into user-centric features.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI systems at scale.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to mentor senior engineering talent.
