Responsibilities
- Lead Architecture Design: Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance AI systems, focusing on LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Agent orchestration.
- Model Optimization: Drive model fine-tuning, quantization, and optimization strategies to reduce latency and deployment costs.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure, evaluating emerging technologies and frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- MLOps Implementation: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for machine learning, ensuring automated testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Ethical AI: Ensure all AI systems adhere to fairness, transparency, and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field. PhD preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, with deep experience in ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face).
- Infrastructure: Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Research: Proven track record of contributing to open-source AI projects or publishing research papers.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to lead technical teams, and a strategic mindset.
