Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy large-scale Generative AI models with a focus on 2026 trends including Agentic AI and Multimodal processing.
- Optimize deep learning pipelines for inference speed and cost-efficiency on cloud-native infrastructure.
- Lead a team of ML engineers in research, prototyping, and productionizing novel neural architectures.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model security, and ethical AI deployment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Conduct rigorous performance testing and benchmarking against industry standards.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience building and deploying Machine Learning models at scale.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), LLMs, and Vector Databases.
- Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or custom CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong grasp of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
