Responsibilities
- Lead Architecture: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures for large language models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives to improve model efficiency, reasoning capabilities, and hallucination reduction.
- System Optimization: Engineer optimized inference pipelines and deployment strategies for cloud-native environments.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric applications.
- Best Practices: Establish and enforce rigorous standards for data privacy, ethical AI, and model governance.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years leading architectural decisions.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Domain Knowledge: Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Deep Learning, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Tools: Proficiency with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow) and vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus).
