Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure for large-scale generative models and Agentic AI agents.
- Research & Innovation: Spearhead research into novel transformer architectures and optimization techniques to push performance boundaries.
- Production MLOps: Oversee the end-to-end deployment lifecycle, ensuring high availability, low latency, and robust error handling.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate technical requirements into actionable engineering solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Performance Tuning: Continuously optimize model inference pipelines and resource allocation for cost efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in deep learning, NLP, or computer vision.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Model Mastery: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), fine-tuning methods (LoRA, PEFT), and RAG architectures.
- System Design: Strong background in system design, distributed computing, and MLOps practices.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges and delivering production-ready software.
