Responsibilities
- Define Technical Vision: Lead the architectural strategy for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and emerging AI trends.
- System Design: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures that can handle massive data throughput.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team of data scientists and AI researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in software engineering and 5+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
