Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI systems for Project 2026.
- Oversee the R&D of advanced machine learning models, focusing on generative capabilities and autonomous agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Establish best practices for data security, ethical AI usage, and model explainability.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies to ensure strategic alignment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade ML models at scale.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
