Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the end-to-end design of the Project 2026 neural network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Define the technical vision and strategy for AI model deployment, optimization, and scaling.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into complex technical architectures.
- Mentor and coach a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Implement rigorous testing and validation frameworks to ensure the safety, security, and ethical use of AI models.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI research to integrate cutting-edge methodologies into Project 2026.
- Conduct code reviews and architectural audits to maintain code quality and system integrity.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI, with at least 5 years in a lead architectural role.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems and large-scale machine learning pipelines.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages including Python, C++, and Java.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
