Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define and execute the technical roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and future-proof.
- Model Optimization: Design and implement high-performance deep learning models and distributed computing pipelines to handle massive data throughput.
- Technical Strategy: Translate business goals into technical specifications, bridging the gap between research concepts and production-ready code.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a team of exceptional engineers, conducting code reviews, architecture reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
- Integration & Deployment: Oversee the CI/CD processes and deployment of AI models into cloud environments, ensuring zero-downtime releases.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical debt and architectural risks early in the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI/ML architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with large language model (LLM) architecture.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong experience designing solutions on AWS, GCP, or Azure, with a focus on serverless and containerized architectures.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, unstructured problems in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Excellent ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
