Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead the technical strategy for our groundbreaking Project 2026. As we stand on the precipice of a new era in technology, we are building the infrastructure for a future where Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) seamlessly integrates with quantum computing.
In this pivotal role, you will define the architectural blueprints for next-generation neural networks, ensuring scalability, security, and ethical alignment. You will work directly with our research team to bridge the gap between theoretical AI models and practical, real-world applications.
Why join Project 2026?
- Work on cutting-edge technology that will define the future of the industry.
- Competitive compensation package with equity options.
- Remote-first culture with access to state-of-the-art research facilities in San Francisco.
- Opportunity to mentor the next generation of AI engineers.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI architectures for the Project 2026 ecosystem, utilizing LLMs and hybrid quantum-classical models.
- Team Management: Lead a diverse team of ML engineers, data scientists, and quantum researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Algorithm Development: Spearhead the development of proprietary algorithms that push the boundaries of current AI capabilities.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment of models in cloud environments (AWS/Azure), ensuring low latency and high throughput for real-time applications.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce rigorous standards for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and data privacy in all system components.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and model deployment.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Quantum Knowledge: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts and libraries (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) is highly preferred.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex product development lifecycles.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies.
