Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for Project 2026, aligning AI capabilities with business objectives.
- Design and implement scalable distributed machine learning pipelines using cloud-native technologies.
- Lead a high-performance team of ML engineers and data scientists to prototype and deploy state-of-the-art models.
- Optimize model inference latency and throughput to ensure real-time user experiences.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, including automated testing, CI/CD, and model monitoring.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex AI concepts into user-friendly features.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (5+ years of experience considered equivalent).
- Proven experience designing and deploying large-scale production ML systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong background in NLP, LLMs, or Computer Vision.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
