Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement robust AI architectures for Project 2026, focusing on large-scale data processing and real-time inference.
- Research & Development: Spearhead research initiatives in Generative AI and Reinforcement Learning to stay ahead of the 2026 technological curve.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Model Optimization: Continuously optimize model performance, reducing latency and improving accuracy for edge deployment.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and deliverables for long-term projects.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to industry standards and ethical guidelines regarding bias and transparency.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead architect role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- System Design: Deep understanding of system architecture, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and MLOps practices.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
