Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Research Integration: Translate cutting-edge research papers from 2024-2025 into production-ready code for the Project 2026 ecosystem.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and transformer architectures to maximize efficiency and accuracy.
- Leadership: Mentor a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams in product, engineering, and strategy to align technical roadmaps with business goals.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to the highest standards of data privacy and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML systems architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Modeling: Proven track record of deploying production-grade models and optimizing inference latency.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with a focus on rapid iteration and delivery.
