Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for Project 2026, focusing on scalable neural architectures and next-gen machine learning algorithms.
- Design and implement high-performance distributed systems capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- Lead the architectural decision-making process, ensuring system reliability, security, and scalability.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating cutting-edge research into our core platform.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (10+ years of experience required).
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying production-level AI systems at scale.
- Strong understanding of distributed computing, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
