Responsibilities
- Lead Project 2026 Architecture: Define and oversee the technical roadmap for our core AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with futuristic scalability goals.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research into emerging AI paradigms, including Neuromorphic Computing and Large Language Model (LLM) optimization.
- System Design: Design fault-tolerant, high-performance distributed systems capable of processing petabyte-scale datasets in real-time.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable engineering solutions.
- Security & Ethics: Implement robust AI governance frameworks to ensure ethical AI deployment and data privacy compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture and large-scale system design.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI Mastery: Proven track record of implementing cutting-edge NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI models.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performance engineering teams and drive complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and innovative problem-solving.
